The SAN MARIANO COMMUNITY HOSPITAL formerly known as San Mariano Medicare & Community Hospital was established in 1970’s situated at Zone 01, San Mariano, Isabela. It was then a primary health facility owned and managed by the national government. But eventually, it was devolved and turned over to the Provincial Government of Isabela in 1990’s. Due to the continuous influx of patients and the desire to provide them quality health services, a new hospital building was proposed through the initiative of the local officials of the province with the help of the Department of Health through its HFEP Program. The newly constructed building is now located at Sta. Filomena, San Mariano, Isabela adjacent to the Municipal Health Office with a lot area of 5,000 square meters and 1,296 square meters floor area. It was inaugurated on August 28, 2013 and became fully operational on September 28, 2013.
