MANDATE
Enact ordinance, approve resolution and appropriate funds for the welfare of the LGU and its inhabitants.
Approve ordinances and pass resolutions necessary for an efficient and effective local government
Approve Annual and Supplemental budgets of the LGU.

To lead the Province of Isabela Towards greater progress and development through the passage & enactment of timely and material legislation.
